Install Bee Bots on your website

It's one line of code. Whoever looks after your website pastes it once, and the chat shows up for your customers, with their messages reaching you in your language — in five minutes, without touching anything else.

The code

This is your installation code. It also appears in the app, under Settings → My site, with your key already in place of YOUR_KEY:

<script async src="https://widget.mybeebots.com/loader.js" data-key="YOUR_KEY"></script>

The key starts with pk_live_ and has 32 characters. Copy it from the app — typing it by hand is how it goes wrong.

Where to paste it

  1. Open your website's code In your platform's editor (see below for the path on yours) or in the HTML file, if the site is self-hosted.
  2. Find the </body> line It's almost always the second-to-last line of the page. The code goes right before it — that way the chat loads last and never slows your site down.
  3. Paste the code and save Once, on the main page. If your site has a "global footer" or a "header/footer code" field, paste it there: it applies to every page at once.
  4. Check in the app Under Settings → My site, tap Verify installation. Within a few seconds you'll see Chat active · verified. If not, the app tells you what's missing.

On your platform

WordPress

Appearance → Theme editor → footer.php, before </body>. Or install the WPCode plugin and paste it under "Footer".

Wix

Settings → Advanced → Custom code → Add → "Body – end". Apply to all pages.

Squarespace

Settings → Advanced → Code injection → Footer field.

GoDaddy Website Builder

Edit site → HTML section in the footer. The free tier doesn't allow code — you need the Premium plan or higher.

Webflow

Project settings → Custom code → Footer code.

Self-hosted (HTML)

Open the page file, paste before </body>, save, publish.

Did it work?

Open your website in an incognito tab and send a message in the chat bubble. It should reach the app within seconds — in your language.

It didn't show up

The most common mistake is pasting the code in the wrong place or publishing only the draft. First of all: is the site published with the change, not just saved?

The bubble doesn't appear

The bubble appears but the message doesn't arrive

Under Settings → My site, check that it says Chat active. If it does and still nothing arrives, write to [email protected] with the site's address — we'll look into it within 1 business day.
